Call to order October 6 th , 2025. 7:00pm
Reports
Treasurer Report (Stacy) Our budget is $36,000. Prize money is a certain amount. $13,000 up or down. Money spent since July. Before deposits have been made -$493.00.
Old business
Teddy: Ball drop and explanation. Need volunteers to sell last minute tickets at games
Steph: theme ideas; tv series, masquerade, one last rodeo, sports, cruise boat theme, under the sea,anime, movie theme, strive for gold.
Vote for top three.
-Three choices are: cruise, one last rodeo, and under the sea.

Teddy: Talked about Englewood Review. Email brought n a post and an article. As soon as info is sent they will write about it.
Steph: game ideas. Golf simulator $3000. For the whole night. Also need more poker dealers. Ideally for shifts 11pm-1am and 1am- 3am but try for 4am. We need a whole committee for Poker!
Talked about future fundraising event for Jan/Feb of 2026. At either Boca Royale or Hills. Idea is to have Dueling Pianos company for an evening event. Boca holds 120 ppl. $28-$32/per person. Hills fits 150 ppl and $20/per person. Dueling piano company 1 price will be $1500-$1800. Could possibly have them do our Project Grad event too from 3-5am. Still working on how much per ticket to make a profit. Hold a silent auction as well. If we sold 200 tickets we could make $6000.00? Must have a place where alcohol can be served to make profit.
Could we have food donated from our local restaurants for a different night event instead of the main night?
Other ideas being thrown out: food truck event, tribute bands event that includes students, possibly use the football field and LBHS?
New Business
Steph: need new board members for next year as the current board “retires”. Keep in mind or tell a friend so we can continue this 30 plus year tradition and pass the torch to new parents!
Establish committees for parents lists for next meeting

Vote for event date for Jan/Feb dates. Get more info from Hills so we could possibly support them the way they have supported us.
